A medical marijuana dispensary owner in Denver, Colorado, is pleading guilty to marijuana distribution charges after being involved in a major pot deal gone wrong.
Dmitriy Genzer, the owner of Cannabis and Company, a marijuana dispensary in Denver, was arrested after allegedly trying to sell an under cover officer almost 200 pounds of marijuana in a Jefferson County Hotel.
The amount of marijuana Genzer tried to sell the cop was worth around $400,000.
His accused partners in crime, Joseph Alejo and Aaron Garcia, who were also at the Wheat Ridge hotel, are pleading guilty to the Marijuana Distribution Charges, as well.
Genzer’s accomplices were both already on probation for previous marijuana distribution charges.
The three men are to be sentenced in early January.
