A medical marijuana dispensary in Tacoma, Washington, has been busted after selling marijuana-infused beer to a minor.
The and the set up a sting operation after getting a complaint that the Hashford Compassion Club sold “cannabis enriched honey beer” to a minor.
Authorities seized cases of the pot-infused beer as evidence, after sending in an underage informant that walked out of the dispensary with three bottles of brew.
Medical marijuana is legal in the state of Washington, so the state is not going to prosecute the collective for anything regarding marijuana.
But it is illegal to sell alcohol without a liquor license and it is also illegal to sell beer to a minor.
The is facing charges and may be shut down for it’s actions.
